PHOENIX AND THE FLOWER GIRL – 16TH FEB (SEIHO REMIX)

I’m not even sure why I’m including this on the blog, it’s just the most ridiculous track I’ve heard in a while and thought it would be rude not to. Jaunty horns, hardcore moombahton, bouncy footwork, random vocal, bit of MCing – it’s got it all. And I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not. It’s definitely worthy of a listen though and marks a slight change of direction for Japanese producer Seiho who usually specialises in that laid back electronic funk. A penny for your thoughts…
